We utilize cotton to handcraft mattresses that will provide comfort and durability for years to come.
Each mattress is button tufted utilizing our antique button tufting machine from the 1930s. This process of button tufting holds the cotton in place creating an optimal sleeping surface.
All of our mattresses are made custom to your order at our facility located in Southern California.
